Introducing
Best Offer

Victorian customers of Next Business Energy will shortly see a change to the layout of their invoices.

What is Best Offer?

Because your business deserves better, you will now be notified on your bill summary email and/or invoice if another product could save you money, and if so, what that amount would be.

How is Best Offer calculated?

The Best Offer is determined using your previous 12 months metering data, or if that is not available, our best estimate of your past 12 months metering data.

Your Best Offer takes into account any discount or concession you may receive.

For customers with a Pay on Time discount, the Best Offer assumes that each invoice will be paid on time during each billing cycle.

All prices, including but not limited to, tariffs, fees, prices, charges, etc will all be represented on your invoice as GST inclusive.

What should I look out for?

If you are currently on your Best Offer, you will see the message below on your bill summary email and/or invoice.
