Channels and Tenders Coordintor
The Melbourne based Channels and Tenders Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day management of the channels inbox. This will involve prioritising, documenting and responding to all pricing and contract requests.
Customer Experience Officer
This role will report to the General Manager of Retail Operations, and will be responsible for the daily management of customer facing interactions, including usage of the Orion Billing System and general Call Centre tasks.
