Smart Meter Upgrade Request
Thank you for deciding to upgrade your electricity meter to a smart meter. Following completion of the details below, Next Business Energy will arrange to have a smart meter installed at your property.
The regulated time frame for the completion of the upgrade is 15 business days from when we raise the request, unless we agree a specific date with you. We can accommodate meter installation after hours, but this will incur additional costs which will be applied to your Next Business Energy account. You will be notified prior to power interruption at each nominated site. PLEASE NOTE – the power may be off for up to two hours during the meter upgrade.
Next Business Energy will appoint its own preferred Meter Data Provider (MDP) for your sites. You may also choose your own preferred MDP if you have one at your own cost.
