Q. What is NextConnect?
A. Next Business Energy customers have access to NextConnect, a 24/7, on-demand energy insights portal.

A. Xero Connect allows Next Business Energy (NBE) customers using Xero to export NBE electricity bills directly into their Xero account, eliminating manual data entry and reducing administrative burden.
Q. How do I log into NextConnect?
Q. How do I activate Xero Connect?
A. Log into NextConnect. Navigate to the Xero landing page, press the Add Connection button and follow the prompts. Once connected, select the Update Xero button.
Q. How do I add a site?
A. Click on the Add Site button. Add the necessary details and select the Update Xero button.
Q. How do I delete a site?
A. Click the Delete Site button. Select the Update Xero button.
Q. Can I allocate a G/L code?
A. Select your G/L code from the drop-down menu. Click the Update Xero Button.
Q. Is Xero Connect a free feature?
A. Yes, Xero Connect is a free feature for Next Business Energy customers who already have a Xero account (Regular Xero account fees still apply).
Q. Will I still receive my Next Business Energy invoice in the post or email?
A. Yes, you will still receive your Next Business Energy invoice via your original invoice delivery method (post or email) in addition to Xero Connect.
